Big J 0 Report post Posted August 28, 2011 I am highly superstitious when it comes to my headwear, and I always have a hat of some kind on while fishing. My old standby is an old black OSU hat that I have had for at least 8-9 years or more. It is my hat of choice on most trips: I broke in a new one this year, a black Under Armour visor for hotter weather. It has worked out OK for me so far, too. GO BLUE! Go blue, all right...go to the Gator Bowl if you're lucky. haha atleast our players can actually play the first couple of games

Markbob 0 Report post Posted September 9, 2011 Just an FYI, fish in general are much more inclined to eat flies presented by SEC fans. Try it out and let me know how it goes for ya.
TheCream 0 Report post Posted September 9, 2011 Just an FYI, fish in general are much more inclined to eat flies presented by SEC fans. Try it out and let me know how it goes for ya. I heard SEC fans use live bait in fly fishing-only sections and never de-barb their hooks. In other words, they don't play by the rules and, in general, are poor sports. Technically not really a rainbow in my pic, it's a Lake Erie steelhead. So in a way a bow, but not really. We Ohio State people like to blur the truth. jhammer 0 Report post Posted September 9, 2011 I don't have a picture of my hat, but it's just a camo baseball cap that says Team Realtree and it has a few flies stuck in it along with a couple of my old Fish Ohio Master Angler pins.
