As October Caddis patterns go this is a great looking fly.

 

I was curious what a Marten was so looked it up. Didn't realize they had them in the US too. Kinda looks like a mink or weasel

Thanks for the nice words. The pattern is more or less the Iris Caddis, just changed a few materials. Like the wing/air bubble thing on the back.
