Chase Creek 0 Report post Posted November 12, 2011 I mentioned it on another forum, but my dad and 4 of his brothers fought overseas in WWII; 2 in the European Theater/North Africa, and 3 in the Pacific. Remember my dad heading for the basement to "find something to do" whenever a thunderstorm rolled through. I Never understood until years later what he and so many others had gone through. He was an avid hunter, but never picked up a gun the rest of his life. Wish I could thank him now. My thanks to all who have served, and are serving now.
