mikechell 0 Report post Posted August 1, 2018 I'm guessing here, since I've never had to start a second account anywhere. But I have had trouble getting back onto an account in a couple of places. To start an account, you need certain data ... E-mail and (sometimes) address or phone number. I think it's the E-mail one that's hanging Rich up.
