Heres an example! My dad caught this yesterday (on fly)

That looks like a bone fish, yes? I never realized how much iridescence they can have in them. Well, I can see one advantage of your salt over mine, you still get to fish. I won't be able to fish again till May and had to stop in Oct. I'll have to content myself with Ice fishing and tying flies.

 

I'd love to see more.

Yep that would be a bonefish... and they are quite the sport fish.

 

We can fish year-round, no such thing as snow or ice or even winter for that matter down here in sunny South Florida :)

I fish year round and have snow and ice. Granted my fishing tapers off during the coldest of winter days when there's no ice. What we don't have for very long is oppressive heat and humidity. Heat and humidity is what keeps me on the couch.

First fish of the new year, water is finally starting to warm a bit. Best part of the day though, just spending quality time with my fishing buddy.

It was sunny and 50 degrees. Caught a 20 fish on Fri and 12 on Sun. the biggest was a 21 inch char. Lots of fun
