Capt Bob LeMay 0 Report post Posted November 24, 2011 Tough to see much perspective in the photo, but if the slots were felted I'd guess it might be some sort of hand rod wrapping support (for doing one guide at a time with sectional rods, one section at a time), but like I said "just a guess"...
