Nice Terje!

Beautiful as always! Love the classic, but not to much style!

Probably a fish catcher for the 2012 aurivilli hatch in Rena :)

Terje:

A VERY NICE fly! Very well balanced; especially the split tail fibers. The only downside is the wings, which are clearly from genetic hackle; an abomination for dry fly wings in my opinion. Try genetic hen, or get a good Chinese or Indian cape for the wings. One with nice wide, rounded tip feathers. This fly would look just as good without the wings, given their very narrow configuration. It probably would catch just as many fish without the wings.

Keep the examples of your excellent tying skills coming! I look forward to seeing them.

So you can do classic as well, that was a surprise...Not

Lovely tied and balanced fly. Quill is one of my favourite material.
