Here's this one. The SUPER SLEUTH - GREEN (From M.M)

 

 

Tail: golden pheasant crest

 

Body: silver tinsel (MED)

 

Rib: oval silver tinsel

 

Throat: red hackle fibres

 

Wing: wihte bucktail, chartreuse bucktail,

 

krystal flash pearl, black bucktail

rib:2 parts oval silver tinsel 1 part vintage gold embossed tinsel

cheek:blue dyed JC

Here is one its an original pattern called the silver jungle streamer designed for a the silver jungle wet fly on Don Bastians blog. We had some good fishing with it this fall on short trips but I am very much looking forward to the upcoming year with it.

Thread- 8/0 orange

Tail- Orange krystal Flash

Rib- Oval Silver

Body- Rear Silver Tinsel

Front Orange Floss

Hackle- Grizzly Hen palmered

Wing- White Polar Bear or goat

Cheeks- Jungle cock eyes

here is my fly for the contest, it is a black-nosed dace tied the way art flick did on a short shank hook

 

just in case your wondering why i only have one picture, it is because my camera died while i was taking pics of the fly i was going to use for the contest, i used a finished pic of a different fly that i tied a while ago, and i did talk to the host of the contest and he said it was alright

Hook- mustad 3116A

thread- black

tail- seal fur

body- flat silver tinsel

wing- white bucktail, the black bear hair, then brown bucktail
