breambuster 0 Report post Posted January 24, 2012 I mailed some flies to RiffleRiverSteelheadSlayer today and received an unpleasant surprise. A package that has been costing me $1.71 now costs me $1.95. The rates increased on Sunday to $.45 for a regular stamp.
