Looking for information/patterns/step by steps

I am wanting to try to make some Gummi Minnows and I have the flash foil for them, but does anyone have any advice or tips for me for them? Or know of any patterns/walkthroughs that I can use to start with? They aren't really something that I want to just try to make stuff so I am looking for help!

I did see that one. Is there one that doesn't use the clear overbody on top of the foil?
