Damsels and Dragons Swap 2012

Recommended Posts

Reason I put 12's and larger I am used to the big bugs around here didn't think about alpine areas or other mountain streams.

That's OK - I just wanted to make sure I was playing according to the swap rules, that's all.

OK, I tried the #10 version (in 15 mph wind!). It works but not happy with the characteristics. It's not too draggy in the air and turns over. But the #10 hook is too heavy and punches through the water dragging the damsel under with the slightest provocation. The #12 hooks are much thinner and might be OK. I'll tie a combination of #12's, #14's, and #16's and send in the best-looking ones.

Thanks.

Jimboha!
