Piker20 0 Report post Posted May 5, 2012 c LeBo, perfect size IMO. Smaller fly will catch everything. If its too big it might put off some fish. FlyFishin'Jam, great ties. laker prob my fav. Chartreuse always a catcher.
FlyFishin'Jam 0 Report post Posted May 5, 2012 Thanks Piker20, at certain times i have found chinook and coho really fond of the chartreuse flies, going to do some ocean fishing from the shore on the West Coast in a few months, probably for evenings around the mouth of the river, big long casts and stripping back for stacked up and moving fish. Probably similar to your ocean trout fishing?

C LeBo 0 Report post Posted May 11, 2012 Here is a GREAT streamer for those lunkers who like a nice and silent presentation! It's put a few good bass and browns under my belt, so I hope you like it and tie a few. I prefer a size 12 or 14 but you can easily change it to fit your needs with a longer hook, different colors, etc. Thank You and Tight Lines, Carson LeBoeuf
