notenuftoys 0 Report post Posted June 3, 2012 I've been on a project in this area since March, and will be at least through July, possibly even the rest of the year. Now every weekend when I come home, I have to avert my eyes from my fly rods; they're giving me dirty looks. Every week I look at these retention ponds around the office buildings and wonder if they have any fish. Is it worth bringing a rod so I can wet a line in the evening? What would be in them? hambone870 0 Report post Posted June 3, 2012 I've fished a lot of ponds in the area. Grew up in wheeling and work right there off deerfield and 21. A lot of ponds in the area have good fishing, bass crappie pike and carp if thats your thing. Wanna shot me a pm there's a lot of good bites in the area.
