Tip on Fine Wool Dubbing

Recommended Posts

My wife and I were at the local Moore craft shop on Sunday. Actually I was just following her around and looking for the odd fly tying material.

Bingo!

Packs of wool roving by Feltworks. Two colors to a pack. One pack is olive and black; the other is very light tan -- very similar to the Whitlock fox squirrel belly hair nymph -- and chocolate; and the third is a vivid red and orange which will make perfect trigger/tag spots on Czech nymphs. Very fine texture and plenty of it at an affordable price.

Good luck,

Rocco
