Piker20 0 Report post Posted December 6, 2012 Hi folks. The law changes in Scotland next year and allows us to shoot ruddy ducks without special license. Does anyone know of any patterns that make use of the specific feathers? I know the males have a lovely brown,red dare I say ruddy sheen to there wings and cape feathers.
