Click on "my settings" and you'll be able to change who and what you get E-mails from ... I think. Perhaps you'd be better to wait for a site moderator's answer ... I am just bored in a hotel room and answering for something to do. But the down arrow does give you lots of options for setting up your profile and preferences.
