SCOwens 0 Report post Posted December 31, 2012 My UV Resin has arrived, bought the UV light off of EBay just like a fellow FTF member had told me to do for $10.50 free shipping, recieved it in the mail today and I purchased my goo, I would have bought any kind of goo, but Clear Cure Goo is what is readily available in Charleston. terrymiller1973 0 Report post Posted January 1, 2013 I think you will like the product once you learn a technique you like for applying it. For me I found it easier with the syringe to squirt a little where I wanted it then work it around with a tooth pick or bodkin. A little tip with the syringe after applying what you want to the fly make sure you pull the plunger back out a little if not a little material will seep out of the tip. I have also had some success with sucking a little material back into the tip if I applied to much material by pulling on the plunger. Good luck with the product and make sure you post the results. Seriously though let me know how you find the CCG as my only experience with UV is with one company and the stuff set opaque white which ruined the flies. So I am reluctant to buy again just yet.
