I have tied an assortment of flies for bass and trout. What can i use in Arizona Lakes in cold water?

Martin I been tying 30 years I will pull some flies out I tied when I was 12-16 and show you of what they looked like when I started

my very first attempt at an elk hair caddis

this one was a light cahill atempt

and this one is kind of close to what it is supose to be an egg sucking leach
