Recommended Posts

Ok, mine will be in the mail on Monday, I just hope they hold their own with the rest of this group.

Frequent Tyer's fine set of flies arrived today, putting us over the half-way mark. Only 5 sets to go, and one of those is in the mail. My hope is that your Evo Fly Sets will be in the mail (or in your hands) by May1.

Be patient! Canada post is not known for their speed. I really don't know where the blockage is, but your package should get here soon. Having lived in the USA and Canada I would say mail moves about twice (or thrice) as fast in the USA. Postage rates, on the other hand, are twice (or thrice) as much in Canada.

If you don't end up with a full set, I'd love to see that fly firmly lodged in the corner of a fish mouth!

Received a beautiful set of umbrella flies from natedubay yesterday! We are now waiting for the last four sets. With two weeks to go I could have your Evo Series in the mail by May first.

I was just about to write you about them, I was starting to get worried.

You don't have the flies before and after mine yet, but as you look at the first 6, how does the evolution look so far?

Pretty gradual, or do we have some big jumps?

Although most of us think of evolution as the slow, gradual change of physical characteristics (and probably behaviour as well,) it appears that it can, at times, make drastic and rapid jumps. My overall impression of the trend of EvoIII is one of careful, gradual change. Somewhat more conservative than in previous years. This year no one (except the swapmeister) has attempted to perform a jump.

I sent my address to you yesterday. Check your mail.

Got it, thanks.

I'll package them up tonight and mail them out on Wednesday.

Nor did swappers submit wild mutationsbiggrin.png
