I made these from a sandal from the $ store , and a Dremel tool & sandpaper. It is really easer than I thought. When I make bodies I do several dozen, and same goes for the paint. The base coat is acrylic, some of them I had air brushed, but the rest are all nail polish. I like doing several layers on the eyes too.

Cabelas, Barlows Tackle Shop, Anglers Supply, all sell the hard and soft foam popper heads.
