Like those. They would look great with a full collar too. Is that larva lace you used for ribbing?

It's a 94840 #28. A ridiculous fly....I call it the "Red-Ickulus". The fly will catch trout in the middle of January with water temps at 33*. Seal-Ex and red thread that's it. Sharpen the hook!

Defrank, is that a crane fly? Nice tie

It's a mosquito that I'm tweaking for a competition. Legs are too long, but I'll get it to where I like it.
