Bumble Bees....... man, they are beautiful.

I have not actually noticed until now how beautiful Bumble Bees can be. After taking some shots this summer i discovered that these flies are really beautiful and have lots of variations from individual to individual.

Here are some shots of the beautiful Bumble Bee.

 

What a fantastic colour and busy body on this one.....

 

Searching for something to make sure the honey production is going strong....

 

Look at these two...... one orange and black, and one yellow and black. Amazing colours :-)

Yep bees are great and declining. We should all try to keep some wild areas in our gardens for the little pollen pickers. I'm fortunate in that I like the look of thistles and chives and many other wild 'weeds'.
