Opinion on shrimp

What do y'all think of this shrimp fly

I'm not a salt fisherman, but the only thing I would say from what I've learned is just make sure that eye eye isn't too crowded.

I would totally give that shrimp a shellback made from a sandwich baggy. Or if you wanted white I would use a safeway bag.

I think it'll catch fish, just because I don't think fish care as much about the details as we do.

Why do you have "feelers" on both ends of the shrimp? Shrimp tails are hard shells with small "swim fins" at the end. I like the long feelers at the hook end, I don't care for the feelers at the eye end. I also think those feelers will cause the fly to hang up more if you are pulling this through grasses, etc.

Condense the deer hair and run hackle through it. That would be an upgrade for sure.
