WOW!!!! There are some very talented people on this board. Will you have made this site a top notch site. Just look at the time you spent doing something like this. Your hard work is appreciated. Will, Hat's off to you! What a great looking job on all flies. From photography to the voting system layout, etc, a very clean fun way to do things. Thank you for putting so much into this, this was my first contest as I'm sure was many others first as well. It was great.

 

To all the other tier's, there are some really hot looking flies out there, voting was hard! May the best tier win and good luck to everyone!

Well so far the voting is going awesome, we are at 978 votes at this moment. I gotta say that almost all of the categories are extremely competitive with only a few votes seperating the top few spots. Sitting back and watching the votes as they come in is probably my favorite part of the contest

Must be neat Will. 978, that's a load of votes for the first day. Wonder how much external traffic is going to occur and what the impact on the voting will be like? Should be interesting come Thursday.

 

My fiancee's 7 year old God Child was here today and all three of us were taking turns tying flies, I brought up the site and found that the voting had started, so all three of us voted between us on which fly we voted for. It was a collective effort. Kid has a good eye.

 

He wants to enter ROTY next contest! He's only been tying a Month.

Fantastic photography, organization, and presentation, Will! A first-rate job all the way around. You make it easy to cast one's votes.

 

Kudos to all the tyers. I spent a couple of hours poring over all the flies. Some very tough choices from a bunch of talented tyers. I was very impressed with the crop of rookies, and the vets did not disappoint.

Fantastic job Will!! The flies that were submitted are just amazing. Making the final decisions on EVERY division was just plain hard to do! I'm not even close to a decision on the overall yet!
