October Flies from the Vise

Recommended Posts

I've been working on some extended body flies, though here's a Flashback Pheasant Tail I just put on YouTube. I chose not to go with legs, but if you'd prefer that addition, go for it!

Fishypieter

Thanks!

That Shrimp/ scud pattern is pretty sweet! what did you use for the body? Epoxy or maybe hot glue?

The underbody is a piece of V-Rib wrapped with latex. It is then coated with Diamond Hard UV Resin.

Thank you. Usually I tie the whole marabou feather in if I use strung marabou or wooly bugger marabou. If I use blood quil i rip of a bunch and tie in.
