Simple little Miracle Nymphs from last night in size 20 and 22.

I wanted to tie a fly for YouTube that beginners may find easier than the original, hence here is a Copper John that incorporates a couple aspects of the Pheasant Tail. I tied this slightly over-sized by adding more weight, hence you'll notice that it is larger than the original. Enjoy...

Trying to work out an easy-to-tie yet attractive crawfish...

Here's my latest, a version of Ian Rutter's Rubber Legged Tellico nymph. I tie these with or without a tungsten bead. This is on a TMC 5263 3XL hook and I really like Senyo Laser Dub for the body in yellow.

that is sweet. tellicos are a great fly for steelhead nobody here uses them

So are a couple 'Hawkens Nutcracker' streamers . in January we start up classes (local adult ed ) and will start with deer head streamers like these so I thought i better get in some practice

A good friend "mislead" his nymph box and the top section of his rod when packing up from fishing the other day so these are a little help in stocking a new box.

Czech nymphs, Wire woven nymphs, my white nymph (it isn't white when wet) Case caddis, Gammerous, and just for fun 3 that he will not even be able to get on a tippet!

While you're on a roll, I misplaced mine too....

No chance! I fitted those in between tying an order of s/w and pike flies. Next is stocking up Wally Winged Wullfs for when the orders come in next season.
