mikechell 0 Report post Posted December 30, 2013 Just a word of warning ... I don't fish rope lures if I think there are good sized bass in the area. I had a bass inhale the first rope lure I ever made. It sucked it in and the fibers got into the gills. Good thing it was legal size, I couldn't get the lure out without ripping the gills out. I cut the fibers, but couldn't chance letting it go with those tangled in there, so I kept that one. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
