MIKE*A 0 Report post Posted January 3, 2014 Nice fly! the Murdich is a good baitfish pattern in that it is tied w/a larger profile that will move some water, but due to the fact that it is largely synthetic materials, doesn't get water logged and become difficult to cast! I think it started out as a salt water fly, but has taken well to bass and I've even fished it for big migratory browns. thanks for checking it out!
