I'm pretty sure its the cousins that confused fanny! We know our arse from our elbows in GB but the Americans seem to always add a fanny too many..... And a fag goes in your mouth but you have to be outside now since the law changed. Pubs smell better now but you have to battle past groups of people having a quick puff on a fag at the door.
