LeakyWaders 0 Report post Posted February 18, 2014 Nicely tied! Any major differences between the methods for the regular divers and the mice?
captkenroy 0 Report post Posted February 19, 2014 Those critters would drive a cat crazy. Probably catch Bass too. Bruce is definitely an artist--way out of my league.
ditz2 0 Report post Posted February 19, 2014 Bruce is out of my league also. He does some very Purdy stuff. I am lucky if mine actually look like a mouse. I do tie mine smaller though.
Bruce Derington 0 Report post Posted February 20, 2014 Guys , thanks but really, working with deer hair isn't that difficult. Those last couple of clumps require special detail. these are tied different from divers in that when you stack top color you tie it in long at back end and gradually make it shorter, while triming butt ends very short 1/8 inch, apply generous head cement on butts , then packing and repeating, but hey, thanks again:)
