Fish For Life 0 Report post Posted August 28, 2014 Living right next to the bow river near Calgary and never fished it before, i would have to put that at the top of my list as well. I feel kind of silly because of it. Being a fly fisherman and living so close to one of the top trout fisheries in the world and never have fished it before. People travel from all over the world to fish it while i live so close to it and still have not fished it. So its defiantly on the top of my list. Other than that i have no clue. Also welcome to the forum!!

Guest Report post Posted September 4, 2014 1. Slough Creek, Yellowstone 2. White River, Arkansas 3. Missouri, Montana 4. Snake, Idaho 5. Madison, Yellowstone Having fished in Yellowstone park during two separate week long trips I think most of those rivers are overrated at least as the fishing is concerned. Yes, there are plenty of fish but they get beat to death by thousands of fly fisherman every year. Plus, the rivers are crazy crowded with fisherman at every bend. It is amazing how just five minutes outside of the park where the scenery is equally spectacular there is not another person to be found for miles.
