Hackle: Brown fore and aft

Body: Peacock herl and bead


Can be tie in whatever color combinations YOU like

Great looking box of goodies. You're bound to have left something out, we always do but that's going to cover 90%

That is why I'm bringing my vice and material on longer trips so that I can tie up what I left out :)

few more segde and Tipula (cranefly, Daddy long legs, Mosquito hawks etc etc) flies. Couple of olive ones but no points for my most productive colour.

Knotted mono. Its a pattern called a bucknall daddy. He originally ties the hackle tip wings spent but I find they add nothing to the fish but may spin the tippet up. I used 5lb mono for these legs. About 0.2mm

Some of the trout flies I've been tying lately. First one is a size 12 loop wing dun and the second one is a my first ever size 12 parachute adams.
