Hi All.. i've been browsing this forum anonymously for about 3 weeks now since i started tying and there's a wealth of information! I look forward to learning a few things.

For your enjoyment pleasure, and to prove that i'm new (hah!) i've attached the first flies i've ever tied within the past few weeks.

Three weeks????????????? Those are really good. I especially like the purple and the yellow marabou streamers. Welcome to the family.

Thanks for the boost in confidence, FlaFly! So glad to hear i'm on the right track. Those are actually the first and only flies i've ever tied. So 3 weeks have been spent reading and watching how things are done. My eyes are still trying to adjust to seeing thread being put on a hook. It's challenging getting those wraps to be right next to each other! lol.

Thanks artimus.. and most definitely steelheading! Winter steelhead are amazing and since it's my first year fly fishing, i haven't caught one on the fly yet. Can't wait.
