kimjensen 0 Report post Posted December 16, 2014 Crackaig: that's very nice of them to destroy the envelope and deliver it to the receiver. Thumps up for that :-) Mistakes happens, but are not nice to experience. I had a shipment coming back to me a week after I sent it to a costumer. We thought it was gone, so I tied new ones, but they turned up in time to be sent again. The costumer said that his name was on the mail box. Oh well. :-) It seems the cheapest way is to buy a big bulk of boxes at low cost instead of buying them at the post office.
Kirk Dietrich 0 Report post Posted December 16, 2014 I like Cheech use hard plastic box inside of padded envelope. Havn't had a mishap yet - knock on wood. I scavange the plastic boxes that my IT office throws out - they are empty backup disc boxes about 3 or 4 inches square and three quarters inch deep. They throw out twenty boxes every couple months. They are perfect, free and I'm recycling.
ClassicRustyHooks 0 Report post Posted December 16, 2014 Hi. How do you ship your flies out to costumers? Letter or box? The best I have found is in a ziplock, then fold cardboard to make envelope. Remember large orders are worth the mail costs and a tracking number/insurance. Classics get shipped in hockey card/deck of cards plastic cases with foam to press in case mailroom lads have a football game with the package!
