Goose77 0 Report post Posted September 14, 2015 Hey Dondi...welcome to the site. I, too, am left-handed. There are certain whip finish tools that don't work well lefty. The Matarelli style works fine, however. The style with the spring arm is not so cool. One of the popular tiers to watch who is a lefty [and a master] is Charlie Craven. From what I've seen [i've got a bunch of his videos], he prefers to finish with a whip finish tool. He may be worth your time to watch...it has helped me. Good luck, and hope this helps.
