Roland58 0 Report post Posted December 19, 2015 I recently saw somone using a tubular material, similar to a Chinese finger trap. It was used over foam, came in a "rope" and different colors. Can anyone tell me the name of this material and where it can be had? Oh, it was about 3/8" diameter. Thanks to all and Merry Christmas, Roland P.S. If that offends anyone, don't read it. FlaFly 0 Report post Posted December 19, 2015 container store is selling it as tubular ribbon, but it looks to be a bit over half an inch... maybe 3/4 or so.
Bugsy 0 Report post Posted December 19, 2015 Yep, could be any of a variety of mylar piping. Could also be EZ Body Braid, Bill's Body Braid, E-Z Body, or a similar (discontinued?) product known as Corsair tubing. Merry Christmas
utyer 0 Report post Posted December 19, 2015 Mylar tubing (I have quite a bit,) is woven all out of Mylar. Much of the "body braid" is woven from Mylar and mono-filament. There is a body braid type of tubing at Walmart for $1.99, and there are 3 different colors in a package.
