Who has tried them?

What are your thoughts on usability for tying.

Always thought this was the same stuff as Angel hair in the fly shop but no where near the price?

Great for adding flash in soft winged flies like goat and fox.

From what I can tell it's the same as Lite Brite

 

It's the same size or damn close to the hank of angel hair I have.

 

Wonder if it varies in size

OK, this was an odd thing to try. I was tying some deer hair bass bugs I kept adding some Angelina as I spun and stacked the hair. It added an interesting sparkle to it. I made them into earrings. Only negative was cutting it. Really tough on a razor blade.

How were you adding the Angelina?

On top of the hair or mixed in?
