Pictures 1, 3 and 4 look like various wooley bugger stages, tied as completed flies.

Number 5 looks like an attempt at a hopper pattern.

those wooly worms work great on trout in the sierras, only fly I found up there when I was a kid that would reliably pull trout out of the creeks every day the season was open, if they had the mariboo tail like a full wooly bugger they wouldn't get touched.
