atkiwhale 0 Report post Posted February 19, 2005 I've been fly fishing of and on for 30 years. I finally gave up on spin fishing in 2002 and now fly fish "almost" exclusively. Started tying in 2003, learning basics at Montgomery County Community College. I hope to explore more PA streams and rivers this year.

Philly 0 Report post Posted February 20, 2005 Welcome, took me about 40 years to give up spin fishing. Took my tying classes at Upper Moreland High School. One of the best ways to improve your tying is get involved in one of the fly swaps here. You have a lot of water to explore here in SE PA.
