Trampus 0 Report post Posted August 21, 2016 I took this shot in late September with a disposable camera I carried in the glove box back before the days when cell phones had cameras. I was driving from our cabin to North Lake in the Sierra's and stopped on the bridge over Bishop Creek and snapped this picture. The contrasts is what caught my eye with the fall colors on the aspens, the greens of the pines, the blue of the sky, the whites of the clouds and snow and the water itself. Unfortunately this is a scanned image of a blown up print so the true resolution of the photo is missing (in the original you can see fish fining in the creek) but it is still one of my favorites and hangs over my desk. mikechell 0 Report post Posted August 21, 2016 It would be pretty ... if it didn't have that evil snow every where. It is a nice shot, though.

mikechell 0 Report post Posted August 21, 2016 Yes, oh yes. And that scene would look wonderful without the snow! LOL It is a great scene, too.
