McFlyLures 0 Report post Posted December 9, 2016 This has enough weight to use with a conventional or spinning rod and I use this fly to catch flounder in the Texas gulf with my conventional gear. It is also a great fly to use with heavier fly rods (8wt and up) just because of the excess weight. If you lighten up the weight, you could use it with a lighter rod. This will imitate a small baitfish, and moves incredibly in the water. Dave G. 0 Report post Posted December 9, 2016 I play piano and compose much of my music but I don't like jazz, never did, it makes me feel all pent up inside. The first piece was nice. I didn't see the end of the video because I've tied these already. But it looked good to me.

McFlyLures 0 Report post Posted December 10, 2016 How long do those eyes last? Nice video and enjoyed you finally changing the music lol Not long with just super glue, but the added UV resin over the whole thing helps. To you and David, I was just trying to find something christmas-y it was between this and a few other music pieces. I only use free music, so I'm limited, and I'm not musical myself so I cannot write it on my own.
FlatsRoamer 0 Report post Posted December 10, 2016 Yep I also use free music, from the freemusicarchive to be exact. I have decided that I am only going to make videos whenever I get a new camera, hopefully Santa helps me out lol
McFlyLures 0 Report post Posted December 10, 2016 Yeah I've used some free music from sites like that before also, I just hated having to state where I found the music every time I posted my video anywhere. Part of most of their rules. So I decided to go with the free stuff that comes with my editing program, as I don't have to state where I got it.
