Jpm5107 0 Report post Posted March 3, 2017 I'll join this swap if Mr. Murray's Mr. Rapidan is still available. I was just in his shop buying materials for tying this pattern the other week and would love the practice from this swap.
breambuster 0 Report post Posted March 3, 2017 Jpm5107. You are in and we are GLAD to have you. I'm sure that participating in the swap will give you lots of practice in tying the Rapidan. Thanks for joining us. BB
breambuster 0 Report post Posted March 3, 2017 Only 4 patterns left and they are all basic patterns that any experienced tyer could tie. There are 2 parachute patterns, and 1 emerger. If someone wants to substitute the Ausable Wulff for the BDE, that can be arranged. BB
jburge 0 Report post Posted March 4, 2017 If it's not taken yet, I'll do the Parachute Hare's Ear.
Decisions 0 Report post Posted March 4, 2017 Glad to have you join us, Decisions. I've got you down for the Micro Mayfly. Would you consider tying it on a #28? That big? The other option would be on these Berkley fusion swimbait needle points I got, they are only 7/0... lol
breambuster 0 Report post Posted March 4, 2017 Got you down, jburge. I'm glad that you will be joining us. A lot of guys are getting ready for opening day, so it's gray wit a very good swapper joins us. Only 3 patterns left. I parachute, the only emerger in this set and the BDE. Better jump in while you can, it's going to be an awesome set of flies. A chance like this doesn't come around every day. BB
joeh 0 Report post Posted March 5, 2017 Hi Breambuster: I would like to join your swap if you will have me? This will be my first swap on flytyingforum.com But have done 5 or 6 swaps on other sites. I do like using the Sulfer Middle Man pattern but have never tied it. I thought this would be a great oportunity to get some practice on that pattern. Thanks
