Jason Hartwick's take on a standard; swapped pheasant rump for pheasant tail fibers on the wing.

thread - Danville 6/0 black

tag - tinsel small gold

tail - teal flank

rib - oval tinsel gold

body - floss black

hackle - black

collar - guinea

wing - pheasant rump

mash barb, start thread, wrap to point; tie in tinsel, wrap to barb and back, tie off/trim
