FKROW 0 Report post Posted May 10, 2017 Point the jaws straight at your position by rotating the vise assembly 90 degrees clock wise. Next, rotate the vise jaws 90degrees clock wise so they are horizontal. For a RH tier, the parachute post is now horizontal and facing to your RH side. Some find it easier to wrap the feather in this position than if the post is vertical. Your arms are lower and more comfortable. I prefer to apply some head cement to the bottom of the post,, let it dry completely,,, and then tie in the feather without using the parachute attachment.
