fshng2 you are correct Hi-float fiber, but not for the wings, actually it replaces the hackle.

GC59 fresh off vise with generous amounts of Hi-float fiber.

They should float like a cork and wear like iron.

Mayfly: #14

Tail/Wings: HFF light dun.

Dragon Fly: #12 3x lg

Tail/Wings: HFF tan with 2 strands furled into tail with acrylic fiber

Those are great fshng2, oh one thing you forgot they will catch fish too. No purple fibers, I have a couple packages of dun fibers where the dye is a little off (more purple than dun) but I use them anyways, I have got plenty with the dun color spot on. Again good job on those flyes, and I will ty some up just like them.

Thanks GC59.

I got the idea to use this material from a post you made a few months ago.

Mike I like it.

Turbulence from the head should make the Maribou and MoP undulate.

Quite the lethal weapon on stillwater.
