Last fall we had a cricket invasion in our house and yard. Don't know where they came in but it was ridiculous. If that happens this year those crickets will belong on the water. I know fish love them when they can get them.

pickin6ofem 0 Report post Posted June 8, 2020 All flies sorted and mailed out. A few did not toe tag the flies and some did not have any or enough postage to get back to you. I took care of it and all flies are on their way. It turned out to be a great swap thanks gang! Oh yea Steve didn’t want his set back so you all got one of your flies back. He asked if someone would post pics. If one of you can do that, it would be great. My son nabbed my set and put them in his box Already so I don’t have a set to take pics of thanks again guys! I will post another round if your into it. Pickin’

I had them weigh it and apply the postage. I dont know why it be more coming than going? Happens all the time. You send in a dozen light hooks with a piece of foam and a feather and a plastic box. Some of us send in heavy hooks, brass eyes or bead chain, and some even might have saltwater hooks. I had it happen a lot so now i usually just have them weigh it, throw an extra ounce stamp on a Forever and let it fly. Usually covered now. The other things I've had happen is our new PO stick metered mail on the return envelope and your post won't honor it. Some will. Also had them refuse to accept stamps overlapping like our PO does all the time. It's in the rules but ridiculous stickler to enforce it, especially when another PO did the stamps. cphubert 0 Report post Posted June 15, 2020 I usually put my pocket knife on the scale with the return envelope just to make sure I am over or round up to the next dollar makes stamps easier also for the return. Never let them meter your return, my post office will not except them and I am told that is the policy of the USPS nationwide.
