Fly Tying

Recommended Posts

I have an extended fishing trip coming up next month so I have been working hard in the shop lately to get all caught up on orders before the trip gets here. This one just finished up is a 9' 8wt fresh out of the drying cabinet and ready to head to its new owner.

Nice rod !

I was wondering if you would be making your trip this year Steve, with your goofy governors stance on lock downs. Guess so, enjoy your trip!

Yeah you don't even want to get me started  on that fool in Lansing whom is trying to destroy my home state. Lets just say I have some strong opinions on her and leave it at that since this is a family site lol

Pretty ... nice enough to "tide me over" until that blue blanked wonder rod gets finished!  Mad Duck ... when you get tired of it, you can send that rod on over to me.

Wow. Nice job, Steve! One question,  is it fast or slow action? Good luck on your fishing trip.

That is the best fly rod for Alaska. The 8wt is so versatile.

I hope the dam failure isn't on part of the river you're fishing, Steve!
