Is it one of mine?  Trying to figure out what I’ve already posted.  Haha!  Let me know which one and I’ll take it down

Those two middle ones are really buggy. I bet they will catch more than grayling.

I think you are right. Thanks.

Do you catch many trout with that color? Just curious. I would think they should work. Let me know.

Tied here as a PMD; petrochemical byproduct is much easier for me to work with for the wing/wingpad than ungulate hair in smaller sizes.

hook - WFC Model 3 #16
thread - Veevus 8/0 yellow
shuck - Congo Hair brown
rib - x-small wire copper
abdomen - pheasant tail
thorax - Superfine dubbing PMD
wingpad/wing - Congo Hair shiner tan
hackle - ginger

Regards,
Scott

Actually they aren’t for me.  I had a request from a customer to tie a size 14 chartreuse zebra.  I’ll let ya know if he ever does though.

Cut the amount of material used by half
and an easier method for tying.
Just another tool in the tool box.

Could you possibly post a pic of the skeleton? Just the hook and the links/segments so I can tell what size and how many you are using?  I make my own links, so brand size means nothing to me. Maybe set it on a ruler to scale off of.
