Steeldrifter 0 Report post Posted August 12, 2020 Good luck tomorrow. Nothing quite as a enjoyable as the night before a big trip. The good thing I will tell you, that feeling never really changes at all even when you get older
Justin H 0 Report post Posted August 12, 2020 Good luck, I am sure you will have a great time no matter what. The driftless is a very special place--I understand the obsession. Looking forward to seeing some pictures!

Landon P 0 Report post Posted August 13, 2020 Pre trip: This car ride is amazing! Hearing past storys from Scott is so cool. Cant wait! After trip: about 20 fish today. I really did have a good time! I got one nice brown that fought for a bit. Here is Scott and the Brook he caught. Waiting on more pictures. The brown is not the big one BTW just a pretty one

spiralspey 0 Report post Posted August 13, 2020 I loved fishing the driftless when I was younger, that middle photo brings back memories. Those are both brownies by the way, but I'd still like to see a photo of a brookie if you have one. I never caught very many brookies in Wisco as a kid, so it was always special when I did.
Landon P 0 Report post Posted August 13, 2020 Scott said the one in the net was a Brook but I took a terrible picture so you can't see it very good.
