Glad I could help😁. I think that fly would be fine like it is if you fished it on the other side of the equator, like in New Zealand or Australia.

tail - pheasant rump dyed orange (1 Tbs Rit Sunshine Orange/1 cup water)
rib - oval tinsel gold
body - UniStretch orange
wing - calftail dyed orange
topping - Krystal Flash pearl/peacock sword
collar/head - deer hair
